CCSI MEMBERSHIP is now REDUCED by $10 per year!
28 Mar 2014
Because of a currently healthy treasury, which is thanks to support from members past and present, as well as strict economies on all necessary spending, the Board of Directors has decided to benefit all members and new members by reducing the membership dues rates.
The temporary new rates (U.S. dollars) are:
USA addresses: only 5 dollars per year!
Canada or Mexico: only 6 dollars per year!
all other countries: only 10 dollars per year!
[the non-USA rates are only because of higher postage cost]
Members will continue to receive all the same benefits,
including three high-quality colorful magazines per year.
So there is no better time than *now*, to join or re-join CCSI!
On the menu at left, click on CCSI Membership and then Join & Subscribe.

Fund-Raiser for Peter Bergendahl on Dec. 23, 2007 in Henniker, NH
12 Dec 2007
Peter Bergendahl, past president of CCSI, has always been a supporter of CCSI fund-raisers, good-will projects and the club in general. I am posting below a letter I received from a friend of the Bergendahls.
Hi Phil,
The Bergendahls have fallen onto very tough times lately and we are hosting a fundraiser for them on December 23, 2007 at the Pancake House in Henniker. Peter has been stricken by an illness that has left him barely able to speak and unable to walk with out total assistance. Additionally, he is scheduled to have a kidney removed on Dec. 28. For additional info about Peter, please check out this web
site.
http://www.ishatar.org/peter
I know he has always been a great contribitor and supporter of the Bottle
Cap club I'm sure the membership would like to do something to pitch in and
help both he and Nancy during this very difficult time.
People who plan on attending can either purchase a ticket at the door or
contact me and I will mail out tickets. (10.00 per person) For the
fundraiser, we are seeking donations of goods for the Silent Auction. We
are also selling 50/50 raffle tickets. Pete has always been a "giver", not
only in every organization he ever belonged to but also to all of the
children in Henniker where for 20 odd years he played Santa. Well,
now Santa needs your help
We are grateful for any and all assistance you and your membership can
provide to support Pete and Nancy.
I can be reached at 781-233-0971 if you would like to speak to me directly.
Sincerely,
Sue Townshend
(friend of the Bergendahls)

Website rebuild finalized
02 Dec 2005
A of November 30th, 2005 the rebuilding of the website has been finalized.
The original intention of the rebuild had 3 goals:
1. Create a members only section.
2. Rebuild but keep the original features.
3. Make different boardmembers repsonsible for sections of the website.
After 2.5 months we have accomplished these 3 goals.
Of course the website will be imrpoved on a regular basis and new features (public and members only) will be added.
Come back often to keep up-to-date with the latest changes and features at the home of the CCSI.
