After the liberation, the Committee decided to start a company for processing grapes into wine and brandy and packaging them. The business of picking grapes from private vineyards was difficult.
After all, tobacco growers are stuck, not winegrowers, even less wine masters. They are not familiar with oenology. The plan, however, had to be realized with Kavadarje grapes, which were also processed into brandy and sold as alcoholic beverages in several shops. And the wine was also offered by the liter, in bulk.
The company, having seen or not seen that it cannot cope with the pumpkin cellars, focused on non-alcoholic drinks. At first, according to the recipe of the famous soda makers, ?eslarovci and Sugarevci, she filled soda in bottles. Then she expanded the assortment with juices from orange extract - oranjada.
In the small competition, juice production did well, but that business, like winemaking, collapsed with the time of Pepsi. |
